Le planning familial dévoyé ; l’exemple de Blois

Le 27 février 2018, je suis tombé par hasard sur le programme de la semaine « Elles au Féminin» 2018 organisée par la Ville de Blois à l’occasion de la journée internationale des droits des femmes. Le Planning Familial de Blois y invitait Aurélia Decordé Gonzalez pour une conférence intitulée « Les marges de l’Universel ».
On nous resservit la théorie de la continuation de l’État colonial, si chère aux Indigènes de la République. Le problème, ce sont donc les blancs. Forcément méchants, toujours. Les blancs, par essence coupables. Les noirs et les arabes par essence victimes. Voilà donc le credo du Planning Familial et sa ligne en vérité très politique de « l’intersectionnalité » (dans son sens dévoyé il faut le préciser ). Il serait urgent de dénoncer l’universalisme, au point d’y consacrer une conférence entière, animée par une militante de la lutte des races pur jus qui projette de nous expliquer les « conséquences de l’universalisme sur sa trajectoire personnelle ». Où l’on voit que le registre du victimaire est toujours lucratif. On souhaiterait d’ailleurs qu’elles relisent sérieusement Kimberley Williams Krenshaw sur l’intersectionnalité.
Je constate que dans le contexte que nous vivons, marqué par les offensives théologico-politiques contre les femmes et les femmes arabo musulmanes en premier lieu, certaines jugent que l’urgence est ……de dénoncer le colonialisme de la France « et ses conséquences aujourd’hui », dont serait la mysoginoire (sic) ! Je ne peux pas ne pas souligner la créativité dans le verbiage et j’apprends depuis, l’invention du néologisme blantriarcat du même acabit. Finalement, les intégrismes religieux ne sont pas le problème, l’universalisme oui.
Il y a deux conceptions du féminisme qui s’opposent désormais :

l’universalisme, qui considère que ce qui est valable pour les unes est valable pour les autres, quelle que soit leur couleur de peau ou leur origine réelle ou supposée
-
Le différentialisme multiculturaliste, qui au nom de « l’intersectionnalité » justifie le conditionnement des droits au culturel. (le « cédez-le-passage » des droits des femmes si justement formulé par Fatiha Boudjahlat depuis).
Or, accepter pour les autres ce qu’on refuse pour soi et ses filles, c’est du mépris ; assigner les autres à leurs origines, c’est du racisme ; et, conditionner les droits y compris celui d’opinion, à la couleur de peau ou à la culture d’origine c’est in fine l’apartheid. Le Planning Familial a choisi son camp semble-t-il, et son combat : lutter contre le féminisme universaliste. Qui n’a pas de tribune dans ce programme.
Le Planning s’associe avec d’autres associations à la mise à l’honneur d’Angela Davis, devenue l’égérie du Parti des Indigènes de la République, invitée d’honneur des dix ans du PIR en 2015, au coté du CCIF de Marwan Muhamad, de l’association islamiste Participation et Spiritualité Musulmane d’Ismahane Chouder, de Christine Delphy, défenseuse acharnée de Tariq Ramadan pour qui elle vient de signer une pétition de soutien. Sont aussi à l’honneur : Amal Bentounsi, qui déclare qu’on a le droit d’être homophobe si notre religion l’est, ou encore Hanane Karimi, militante pro-voile, qui contribue au Centre de Recherche Islamique du prédicateur des Frères Musulmans Qaradawi (expulsé d’Egypte, recherché par Interpol, militant de l’excisionet qui tente d’introduire cette barbarie au Maghreb où ça n’existe pas, via le parti islamiste Ennahda en Tunisie). On les remerciera …
Donc, le problème c’est la « mysoginoire » des blancs, mais, la haine des femmes qui sévit chez les islamistes et le patriarcat oriental, ce n’est pas grave. Silence, soyons intersectionnels ; ne stigmatisons pas. Et laissons faire. …. Je rappelle qu’Houria Bouteldja, porte parole du PIR, explique doctement qu’en cas de viol d’une femme noire par un homme noire, il ne faut pas dénoncer. Mysoginoire ? C’est un problème que si le violeur est blanc. Il faut ensuite lire ce qu’écrit Houria Bouteldja au sujet des métisses, forcément le fruit d’un viol. Celle qui clame l’injonction à la fidélité à sa race. Le Ku Klux Klan ne dit pas mieux. Le PIR qui écrit « que la violence sexiste des hommes non blancs, découle du fait qu’ils sont victimes du racisme structurel des blancs » (sic). Il faut excuser le patriarcat oriental, à tout prix. Et les bonnes sauvages comme moi sont priées de s’en accommoder. Ne pas désavouer les hommes de sa race face aux blancs. Et tenir les hommes blancs pour responsables de la misogynie des autres.
Au texte de présentation de cette conférence « Les marges de l’Universel » et à la célébration de la lutte des races, je réponds ceci : je suis née au Maroc, je suis métisse (donc issue d’un viol d’après ces gens-là), mon père est né au Maroc en 1944, il a été interdit de certains magasins car c’était un « indigène ». Nous venons d’un milieu modeste. Mes grands-parents étaient analphabètes Je n’ai aucun ressentiment, lui non plus. Je n’en veux pas aux « blancs » et je ne me considère pas comme une victime, ni des blancs ni d’aucun pseudo racisme structurel. Je n’ai aucune culpabilité ni de race ni de classe pour en parler, contrairement à une certaine petite bourgeoisie blanche. J’ai des cousins noirs, je suis maghrébine, ma fille est blonde aux yeux bleus et vous savez quoi ? Je m’en fiche. Vraiment. La couleur de peau, la texture des cheveux, la couleur des yeux n’a aucun intérêt. Les races n’existent pas, le racisme oui. Je ne suis pas victime de l’universalisme. Je lui dois de m’avoir libérée des assignations, bien au contraire. Et je méprise ceux qui font de leur couleur de peau et de leurs origines un business et un argument d’autorité.
Je ne remercierais jamais assez mes enseignants, de l’école républicaine qui m’ont toujours vue comme une personne, jamais assignée à mes origines, je n’ai jamais été l’arabe de service, mais un individu singulier et égal de tous les autres. Ils m’ont ouvert la voie d’ambitions inconcevables pour quelqu’un du milieu social modeste dont je suis. Je ne suis victime d’aucun pseudo racisme d’état. Je suis le fruit de l’émancipation républicaine, qui a permis à quelqu’un qui avait au départ peu de chances à priori, de choisir sa vie. A moins qu’une telle aspiration ne soit pas légitime pour nous, les bons sauvages ?
Celles qui ont toujours jouit de tant des libertés qui nous ont été refusées pendant tant d’années, qui ont eu accès à la connaissance, se fourvoient malgré tout ce capital de départ dans des extravagances au service d’un projet politique rétrograde et racialiste. Je les invite à relire avec un peu d’humilité les femmes du sud, au lieu de leur donner des leçons de soumission au nom de l’antiracisme « intersectionnel ». Puisque l’affiche de la conférence « Les marges de l’universel » met en exergue l’Algérie, surlignée de rouge sur une mappemonde, je les invite donc à écouter Wassila Tamzali qui leur parle depuis Alger.
Fatiha Boudjahlat a publié cette année-là un excellent essai sur le féminisme, Le grand détournement; salué par la critique et sélectionné pour le prix du livre politique de l’année. Voilà une actualité féministe sérieuse qui leur était donné de choisir. Elles ont préféré faire l’apologie d’une amie du PIR, de Ramadan et de Lallab.
Depuis cet événement de 2018 à Blois, le débat est monté en conflictualité. Le militant féministe universaliste Naem Bestandji a depuis révélé l’entrisme d’une militante islamiste au Planning Familial de Blois. La mutation idéologique du Mouvement du Planning Familial a fait l’objet d’un excellent article dans Charlie Hébdo le 10 Juillet 2019 dernier.
